The Sullivan Taylor Coffee House on the Square, or The Old Dairy Coffee Shop on South Lafayette Street. Have Lattes and Muffins,etc...play board games.....hang out on sofas...scope out WIU guys and have a great time. Very grown up.
check on the internet for cool dancing clubs and call a place maybe even your basment but if you have it at your house you probablly will have to clean up later and after a fun bithday party itll probably take 2 hours to clean!
