It's something I saw in New Zealand. You sit a person on a chair down one end of the bar with a can of beer wedged in their crutch. You tie a bungee cord on the second person, and they have to run towards the beer and pluck it out before the bungee cord pull them back out of reach. You need a catcher so the person doesn't go bouncing off the walls.
