Eat food that are low in carbohydrates. Drink lots and lots of water! Walk alot too. Good luck :)
This is the easiest way to loose weight. You simply take in fewer calories than you burn. I mean it costs nothing, there is no fine print and best of all you can eat any food you wish.
if uwant 2 lose weight, u can eat salads, fruit ,vegetables, drink healthy smoothies, ea healthy yogurt, etc.,
You can still eat some of the foods u used 2 eat, as long as u balance ur diet correctly. u can do this by reading the nutritional facts on the back of food packages, looking at fat grams,cholesterol,etc. or eat healthy all week,and eat what u want on saturday.

try to get alot of exercise and eat non fattening foods.. try to eat more veggies than any other thing.. eat lots of fruit..you can eat baked meat or food cooked in the crockpot...drink low fat milk...try to eat foods drained of all the fat you can..do not eat a lot of food that is high in fat and do not eat foods with lots of starch...do not eat food with high sugar content..eat bread that is low in calories.drink lots of water ..Less bread and potatoes as possible.. use every excuse you can do put exercise in your day..

You may eat fruits &try not to eat fry or heavy things like pastries.

anything but learn portion sizes and cut maybe 1 tenth off of that and chew your food 50 times before swallowing. the slower you eat you realize you are getting full not just shoveling it down you throat just because it it on your plate. our parents always told us to eat all of our food cause there where starving children over seas now look at America it is so obese it is not funny

I can't say what to eat to lose weight, but I can suggest what I believed worked for me. I cut back on having meat in my main meals, like lunch & supper. One or two meals a week include meat. I began to include a lot more veggies in my diet, drank lots and lots of water instead of juices and soft drinks. Meals that contained high fat content were really scaled back. I practically stopped adding butter or margarine to my cooking. Olive however is a great replacement for these other 'fats'. It's been 3 years and I've maintained the same weight
drink lots of water eat a lot of fruits veggies fish and chicken. eat smaller portions. now if i could follow my own advice lol
well every thing you eat to lose weight you will just gain back it depends on your blood type reasearch it over the internet
