It was definitely what I needed to hear at the time.
When me and my friend decided to split one. She grabbed 1 side and I did the same to the other. When we pulled it apart and read the fortune, it said something about friends and teamwork (kinda ironic)
I still have one from a date that had us both laughing until we cried. I had just explained the trick to adding "in bed" to the end of every fortune. It works with most of them, albeit some of them are pretty hilarious that way. It's just a silly little thing to do to have a laugh. Then we both opened our fortune cookies, and my fortune said "You are the best in the world". After we were done laughing, my date wrote "in bed" in pen on it, and now i have it framed. Just looking at it makes me laugh still.

Every fortune cookie can be great if you add, "in bed" to the ending.
The one that had my lucky numbers on the back(I won the lottery)
it wasn't actually the best, but I got one tonight that read, "Eat more Chinese food ~ it's good for you!"
It said my dinner was free and drinks were on the house...
