Ok, so I made that up, but any FPKS acronym will work just fine. (Forks, Plate, Knives, Spoon—Left to Right)
With the Napkin at far left, Fish fork, Dinner Fork, Salad fork, Plates (stacked by size with bowl at top), Service knife, Fish knife, and Spoon.
