Answers:
Clean is free from visable dirt or soil. Sanitized means the level of harmful organisms (bacteria etc.) has been reduced to a same one. Sterilized means free from any living organizm.

Other Answers:
Sanitary takes cleanliness to a higher level. Basically it means relatively germ free. While clean may not be germ free.
CLEAN IS JUST THAT AND LOOKS THAT WAY TO THE NAKED EYE USUALLY DONE WITH NORMAL TYPE CLEANERS AND VACCUUMING ALONG WITH DUSTING AND ORGANIZING. SANITARY IS GERM OR BACTERIA FREE LIKE A HOSPITAL OR DENTISTS OFFICE WOULD BE.
Clean is merely just wiping off surfaces and making it appear neat and tidy. sanitary is when you bleach and disenfect everthing you used and cam into contact with
clean means you wash with soap.
sanitary means you keep this cleaning with special solutions like in hospital.
sanitary means desinfected
