for some reason people think that chicken is 1) healthy (and of course chic-fil-a knows this) 2) expensive. Ever notice that a chicken taco costs more than the beef? why? The only reasonable answer I can come up with to your question is that people are oo stupid to realize that they have been marketed to. Chic-fil-a know that people assume that chicken is healthy and that people will pay more for "healthy" fast food.
