Well, here's my Bible thumping moment for the day...

We are never alone. When you are feeling scared remember that no matter if you believe in God or not, He believes in you and is always watching you.

If you feel afraid, just ask him for strength and to protect you as you go on. He hears you and it has worked for me many times.

With the way the world is today, I am sure that the government IS watching you...and everyone else, for that matter. There are cameras in traffic lights, Atm's, stores...any where you go, you are surely being observed by someone. but these things should not make you have fear.

Find some faith in God and remember that you are never alone. if you ask for help, he will provide it. Where there is faith, there is strength.

I hope that this makes you feel more at ease, at least a little. And if you are not a believer then try and have a friend with you in the times you are feeling nervous and maybe take a self-defense class so that you will build some confidence with in your self.

yeah. unless they're a real person, they cant physically hurt you. if your feeling spirits, well. they don't have eyes so they cant watch you. just feel you and give you a real hard trip

You're a paranoid android!

You should probably talk to a doctor because you might have a mental illness. You don't want to become agoraphobic. (Fear of leaving the house.)

the best thing to do is to watch and follow the ppl watching and following you. your ex is stalking you? idk...

that s one of the symptoms of esquizofrenia, just see a good pyschiatrist doctor, u may need a good treatment, dont leave it, esquizofrenia starts like that and ends with totally luck of sense and u will end in mental hospital totalu nuts, if u dont go now and follow a good treatment, I m serious!, Good luck

Because everyone is out to get you. it's as simple as that.

Seriously, you should see a psychiatrist about this problem, or at least research it on the web and talk to your doctor. That level of paranoia isnt healthy at all, and could suggest a chemical imbalance that can be corrected.

Could anxiety. Sorry I'm not a doctor. But I would be care about doctors that only want to medicate you. Search within yourself and ask yourself some questions, like were you abused? I was sexually, mentally, physically, and emotionally abused as a child and I had feelings (emphasis on had) such as you. I found a good therapist that treated my for Post-Traumatic- Stress Disorder, where at the same time a Psychiatist said I was Paranoid Schizophrenia. Symptoms sometimes parallel each other.I'm glad I took the therapist advice, I could have been highly medicated right now and couldn't even answer your question. I hope the best for you. Medication is not a bad thing if that is what a person really needs. You need to see a dr. if its that bad Thats scary for sure! I would hate to think of feeling this way may be your imagination but i would talk to someone about this.

maybe u r
