because that butter is really oil mixed mixed with heroine and methamphetamines
They start from scratch.. as in get the corn seeds and pop it in the machine and add the right measurement for butter and salt and voila... addictive popcorn. It probably depends on the popcorn maker too. So maybe the better the brand or model of the machine, the better the taste. Plus, it's made by someone else rather than yourself... coz once you're home, you have to make the effort to do it but in the movie theaters, someone else makes it for you. Heheh. ;o)

You make your own and its exactly the same..
Take a cup of popping corn, add a spoon of oil.put in a container with a lid and watch it pop in the microwave. or in a saucepan on the fire.
You can leave the oil out if you wish to.
Its cheap...a small bag makes a HUGE amount, its very nutritious and its a great easy snack when a batch of kids are looking for something to eat and there is nothing else to give them...
Few calories and so delicious...just add some butter and salt if you like buttery...which I do.

i dont think there is difference in the taste. but during watchin movie there is nothing to do with ur hands and mouth.i think u dont care at that time if u r getting fat or whatever.....hehe
