Are adult bodies made to digest milk products?

would anyone, even people who aren't lactose intolerant, have a small amount of problems if they pigged out big time> Lactose intolerance is different for cheese than for milk - I developed a lactose intolerance for milk and ice cream but I have no problems with cheese. Same thing for my husband - his is milder, he can tolerate small quantities of milk or ice cream, no problems with cheese.

But, based on experience as an adult pigging out on Coldstone Creamery before I became intolerant - no problems occurred that couldn't be erased with a lot of exercise ;-)

I am having a "French" or "Paris" themed hens party for my friend. Do you have any ideas for dress ups, games or decorations? I did think of the moulin rouge but that may be a little too consuming and over the top expecially for the costumes. Any ideas...
