Several Irish recipes can be found here http://www.irelandseye.com/aarticles/cul...

Non-alcoholic Irish drinks?? That's hysterical!
If you mean general (food) recipes, here's a cool place:

...some of the recipes call for specific types/brands of ingredients, but I'm sure you could easily substitute ingredients that are more readily available to you.
We don't make Irish soda bread with booze of any sort, and we Micks do like soft drinks as much as the next person...
Irish Cream
1 pint half and half
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1tsp rum essence
2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
Have all ingredients at room temperature. Blend together then let
sit in the refrigerator to chill for a couple of hours. Blend
again, pour into bottle and store in the refrigerator
