Does drinking water help with bloating!? I get bloated fairly easily!. I'll eat like six strawberries and a banana and I'll feel like I just ate a steak or something!. I was wondering if drinking a glass of water when this happens will help lessen the bloating, or will it just make it worse!?

Answers: Um do not make yourself vomit! "Bloated" usually means that your body is retaining water!. (swollen abdomen, hands and feet) This has nothing to do with how much water you actually drink!. If you are retaining water it can be from hormones, too much salt or even stress!. Without a prescription their isn't a lot to do about it except maybe an over the counter water pill!. (they don't work to good ) If on the other hand the feeling you are describing is more like a full stomach I think you may have an eating disorder!. You feel full and fat after eating only a few items!. Before you find yourself in a situation that you can't control go a see a doctor and get some advice!. I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with you!. I just think it's worth it to make sure you've got all the angles covered!. Take care of yourselfWww@FoodAQ@Com
