Im really trying to break the habit. I put wayyyyy too much salt on my food. I have only been using it when I go out to eat and thats only on friday nights. I am a runner and people tell me its ok cause I sweat it all out but i still feel really guilty.
i just add a little. 2 much can be unhealthy.
i don''t need extra salt with anything i think it is way too salty with extra justa little bit is fine
Only a little like I stick my head down beside the food to see how much I am putting on because you never know when it will just pour out.
