Fussy Eater?

I'm very fussy when it comes to food. I like very few things and often don't try new things. Is there anything you advise someone fussy might like? I like chicken but I don't like lamb, pork, beef ect. I like NO vegetable, which I know is bad since I need vegetables.
Answers: "often don't try new things" Well, there's your problem right there! You GOTTA try new things to find out what you might like. It is not fatal if you try something and don't like it, just move on to something else. I guarantee if you do that you will soon stop describing yourself as a "Fussy Eater"

Open Question: how to cook 3 1/2 lbs worth of boneless ribs?
I have never cooked ribs before and have 2 packs of boneless pork ribs that is 1.7 lbs each and was wondering what is the best/easiest way to cook them. It is way too cold to grill them so I am looking to maybe doing it in the oven.
