Answers: if I am not mistaken, if you added sugar to your gatorade it you would give you an instant and not very long lasting sugar rush... then you'd crash and still feel like crap by the middle of your game. Maybe try haveing some carbs and protein, 30-60 minutes befor your game..... this will help keep your glucose up and steady in your body.....which means longer lasting energy...... and have the gatorade during the game to replenish your fluids and electrolytes

Gatorade or anything else for energy?
If i add sugar to Gatorade will it make me have more energy?Usually when i play baseball and i get tired i can barely focus completely so i want to know if drinking something with sugar will either help me have more energy or will drinking something else(not red bull or anything like that) will give me more energy.Answers: if I am not mistaken, if you added sugar to your gatorade it you would give you an instant and not very long lasting sugar rush... then you'd crash and still feel like crap by the middle of your game.
