i want some of those too... I always buy fruits and veggies in large quatities and they sometimes go bad too soon.

second why would anyone try to store any vegetable for the time they suggest..??? 18 days 21 days that is illogical..
3 rd ,,,if the bag is porous enough to vent a molecule as large as any ethane or methane compared to simple water ..???
sorry but there is no logic in the add..
except the water squeezed by cooling collecting on the plastic starts the mold .Fine use a paper bag..
Never - - NEVER - - Store food in the vegetable crisper's at the bottom BECAUSE they freeze there..
