Answers: When you melt butter, the milk solids and water separate from the butter fat!. In order to get it to solidify again, you'd have to get them mixed back together as they were before you melted it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
lol not a clue its probly the stuff thats in butter[ingredients] check the bck of the tub its in and then commpare the ingredients with something like chocolate which does setWww@FoodAQ@Com
