I used to drink coke and diet-coke 5 times a week, yes not that much, but it still was bad. I've cut back a lot, but sometimes still have a coke.
try drinking carbonated water or some other soda to change your taste buds likings or try juice. but even better and healthier: drink water more....

i went five weeks without a coke..i love them..i was drinking two or three a day...i started drinking water water water..its not so bad..but diet coke..i would rather do without
You probably waste over $2,000 per year on it. Just don't buy it. You wil have a healthy life with more money.

A very long time cause I drink water & juice & I have a Jazz Pepsi once a week the strawberries & cream & diet soda as well.
i used to drink at least one a day...coke or diet coke...but i've cut back but there's still sometimes where i'll realllyy want one.
i can go about my entire life
forever, and no kidding! i don't like sodas, especially diet sodas. they're so NOT addicting to me, so i can do without them forever :D
