Answers: Let's do some math - from what I found, blue whales way about 160 tons!. let's assume, for the sake of this question that only 10% of that is edible meat (and I have no idea if that is accurate or not), that would make 16 tons of meat (16 * 2000 lbs = 32000 lbs)!. Now let's say you eat 1/2 lb of meat for each meal, so that would make 64000 meals, divided by 3 meals a day (21333 days), divide by 365 days in a year - so you could have potentially 58+ years of food for one person!.
If only 1% were edible, that would be 10% of that amount!.
My problem is, does whale meat stay good that long, even if frozen!? If I am going to eat only what meat for 58 years - shoot me now!. Seriously, mix in some other food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I read some guy in Liverpool has lived the past twenty years on 12 Mars bars a day so I would expect you could really stretch a blue whale out for!.!.!.!.!. decades, especially if you use the bones for soup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
