I am drinking the tea for health reasons, it have basically cured my Fibromyalgia and I enjoy drinking it.

drink it as often as you like ,its good for you and it wont hurt you so go for it heres some recipes for you take a look you might find some that you like to change it up for you some :)

garlic tea? do you have acne? i know clear blood promotes clear skin. but gross.
Don't drink too much or you will stink. Please remember that it is possible to overdose on anything even if it's natural. So, please look up some websites to find out the safe dosage.
I don't think I could drink any. I prefer cranberry tea, or green tea.

Switch to cocoa, apparently it's the new beverage to reduce blood pressure. Is garlic tea the same as green tea- an antioxidant? Not sure if you rinse out your body too much with garlic tea or any other tea, that it is bad for you. Not sure it's good for you either. I would probably go with the proven data, that too much of anything is bad for you. Everything in moderation..blah, blan, blah . Truth to it, though.
Why not try regular tea when you get the urge - or water - or one cup of coffee won't kill ya. Keep breathing fresh air, walk, run, be busy and be happy.
only 1 cup of IRANIAN tea at the morning is enogh for me to prevent headache.if I don't my headache kill me and must go to a clinic . but for drinking more water that dosn't like easily, I drink 10 glasses of tea per day . so I drunk 2 litre of water . I don't use suger but natural glucoses are included . my tea is very colorless .
as much as you can drink in one day. If it is working for you, best to you. Some Europeans admit to drinking tea 6-8 times a day which could compare to Americans drinking coffee. I personally think tea is better for you, but this garlic tea sounds interesting. I might have to pick some up. I drink several different types of tea so that I won't get bored, but i do have some preferences. I suggest you try different types in addition to your garlic tea. Thanks for the suggestion!
i cant drink even a single cup becauuse i dont drink tea n secondly bcoz i hate garlic. But if i have to drink it fot health purposes i may drink 1 or 2 cup
