It is possible to drink too much water but you need to drink a *lot* more for that, I think some truly obsessive compulsive people who drink 10-15 liters a day get some trouble... 3 to 4 liters is fine!

No. Just don't make all of it mineral water.
The minerals can give you little kidney stones after a while of overindulging.

three litres is not to much. But you can drink to much water. I dont remember the amount but at high enough doses your cells in your body become so ingourged by water they begin to explode and you basicly drowned. It just recently happened to a women doing a radio show contest to see who could drink the most water

well,i wouldnt drink THAT much, but i dont think it would hurt. try doing some research.

3 liters should be okay. It is possible to become over-hydrated, but you really must go to extremes.

No, there's no such thing as too much water. Your body has a pretty obvious mechanism for getting rid of excess H2O.

No untill unless you drink non-purified water, these days there are many water borne diseases, so unless you drink purified water there would be no problem, Take Care and drink lots of water. It will hrlp you mantain body temperature

No, It's a normal range.

In our body 96% is water.

No.

nei....
normally, for active people...it's ok if you drink 3 Lt water.
when it's summer you have to drink more....
if you drink more than 4 Lt, you will reduce it on sweat, pees, and your breath

people die from drinking too much water..the brain swells and the pressure kills you

No, i dun think so...

3 liters is perfectly fine to drink but if you really go to the extreme and drink far too much then just as a ship or a plant that you are trying to grow which you give too much water humans too can be waterlogged.

I heard from my health teacher that consumeing too mach water in a short amount of time you can drown and then possibly die.

3 L is not too much, especially if you are active or if it's warm. As somebody above said, as long as it's not all mineral water, you will be perfectly fine.
You could hypothetically drink too much water, but it's way more than 3 liters.

No I don't think so but you must have to pee a lot!

Thats not bad. My mom drinks like a gallon of water a day. or sometimes even more.

no its not bad, the more water you drink the better it is.

When I went through Marine Corps boot camp, the drill instructors used to make us stand in line and drink 2 canteens full of water before we went to bed every night. We also had to drink canteens frequently during the day. If you turned yours upside down and any came out, they made you refill it and drink it again. While nothing happened in my platoon, there were several fatalities that the doctors said were a result of drinking too much water at once. So, it is possible, but it has to do more with pounding it down and your body not being able to get rid of it fast enough. If you drank that much throughout the day, you will be fine.
