The Channel Islands are a lot warmer than the main land - England. Therefore the grass on which the cows feed is a better quality than here. It grows nicely all year round whereas ours gets wet/cold/messy and the cows have to be fed on hay n stuff.

Jersey Cows

THE COWS ARE FED UDDER TYPES OF FOOD KNEE DEEP IN WONDERFUL FLOWERS!!!!!!

Almost certainly its the cows and I have a feeling they will not allow them to be exported to the mainland. try their ice cream I'm sure your love it.

the cows eat buttercups

It's the Jersey cows!Try Loseleys icecream, pricey but lush!

probably the grass is fresher, and sweeter,
