It is a very good idea to eat a variety of vegetables because they have different vitamins and minerals in them!.
I have favorites, but it also depends on the season!. Corn on the cob, in season with a little butter, salt and a pinch of pepper is maybe a favorite!.
Then there are the winter veges that are mainly squashes and root veges, like carrots, parsnips, rutabagas and turnips!. These are also good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I'm a meat eater, but I love my vegies!.
I could eat asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts, butter beans, eggplant, and turnip greens on a regular basis and be happy!. At least as long as I had a piece of beef, pork or chicken to keep them company on the plate!.
