My mom used to make stuffed artichokes every easter and they were SO good! God I miss them...Now that I don't live at home I guess I'm looking forward to the Ham...I'm not even sure what I'm getting I'm eating at my boyfriend's aunt's house, but I'll go with ham.

Cabbage rolls! mmm. They are soo good and they are my fave food for easter and Xmas. We make them small and fill them with just rice that was mixed with butter and onions and pepper and then we put tomato soup over them and cook them. They are soo delish!
