What can I eat if I can't have roughage, greasy, fatty, stringy, or milk?

My doctor told me today that I should avoid because I have Crohn's disease, roughage, greasy foods, fatty foods, stringy veggies and milk. What is there left that I can eat, like for snacks and breakfast? Also, I'm not allowed wheat, raisins, plums, or fruit with any kind of peeling. Additional Details
