I think gatorade..you still see that on sporting events on tv. Plus I think it tastes better.

Propel works better. It has all the electrolytes of Gatorade without as much sugar, so you can drink less.

I drink ice cold Gatorade when I'm puking and nauseus. Nothing works better to calm the tummy!

The truth is propel water works better because it does not have sodium in it. It is pure. When someone drinks Gatorade to replenish the body, they are getting fluids and sodium, but if someone drinks propel water to replenish the body they are getting fluids and vitamins in their body. Even though they are both made by the same company propel water is better than Gatorade hands down.

Gatorade was given to the 'gators that were victims of Hurricane Katrina. There is a much healthier drink than the two of these.

I'm a very athletic person and I've always had the opinion that gatorade works better.

if its like track or swim, id say propel cuz if u puke it doesnt hurt as bad cuz its really watered down, but if u need the sugar rush for say football, basketball, waterpolo, wrestling etc.. id say gatorade.

Really it doesnt matter which one you drink. They have absolutely no benefit to your athletic performance unless you are doing an ultra-marathon which are like 72 miles. Your body does just fine on its own, and sports drinks only aid in rehydrating your body with the rest of it being filtered out in your liver and then being deposited in the toilet. So save your money and drink regular water instead of pissing your money away, literally.

Sorry, but water is king.
