Unfortunately, garlic SALT.....I have a salt addiction -- sad, huh? I don't know if I could live without garlic either.
Like the old song.... Parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme.
Add in some garlic, cumin and curry and that would round it out.
Salt and pepper are a given.
