Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Can you damage nerves with high heals? Or is there a medical condition associate),it will help you,my kids.

My second to end toe on one of my feet is permanently slightly numb- I can feel pressure and pain on it, but it is numb kinda like coming off novicane (sp?). I first remember noticing it when I came home from a night out in high heals and my feet were killing me- could my high heals have damaged a nerve? Note: I very rarely wear high heals.
Answers:
More than likely it is the heels, but you should consult a physician. Not to be an alarmist, but numbness is also a symptom of diabetes or liver disease in the worst case scenarios. It's better safe than sorry.

Other Answers:
numb and painful. i guess its the dammage of wearinng high heels but you should check with your doctor if it persists.elevate the foot if its swallen. ask your doctor the best advice.
