i take womens one a day maximum performance, and then a calcium supplement on top of that.
if you are going to chose a supplement, take it to your doctor to find out what your needs are for the millegrams. dont go by the percentages on the bottle.
if you are taking calcium, check to make sure that it has vitamin D as well to help your body absorb the calcium. i also know that your body can't absorb more than one pill at a time for calcium.
