I tried one just like it, only special K. It worked, and so should this one because it's healthier than special k. I sure did want to eat something else than cereal for two meals though after the first couple days!

It works if you make it work, I did it & lost 5pounds but I walked everyday for 1hr & cut down on sweets & definatly sodas no sodas I drank a lot of water.
