I'm just asking to know, since I'm a girl, who is at 'that' age.

Usually, your breasts feel hard. You becomea little bit moody. You might also experience stomach cramps. Pimples also begin to show. Having a menstruation is a bit uneasy. Anyway, just wear a suitable sanitary napkin. It's part of being a lady~! ^^

Sometimes there is no way to know when you will start your period but most females have lower belly pain or back aches right before they start.
How cute. My first time I didn't feel anything. Some girls are different and get a totally bad headache/cramps. Your best bet is to ask your grandma or your mother. They are the woman in your family who are most likely to have the same genes. :D
theres no real way to find out. its gonna come wen it comes. and regular girls get it every 28-31 days. but for girls starting it wont be a regular cycle until 3-4 years which means it'll come and go at different times. but after u start it u can carry around extra pads. it doesnt hurt or anything but it'll feel awkward to wear a pad until u get used to it/
I guess everyone is different , but i have talked to my cousins and mum before i had my peroid and they all said it just happens. And true to their word it just did. Dont worry about it being painful , the first one usually is'nt.
you may get cramps.you get extremely tired and hungry.and u might gain a few pounds during this time but don't worry.after ur period is over it will go away.ur period should only last 2-7 days.if u think u are about to start bleeding then talk to someone and get some pads.don't use tampons right away until you know what kind of periods you have.they pose many threats and if you don't know how to use them it can be a fatal mistake.look up toxic shock syndrome.
Everyone is different, but generally you will get a heavy dull ache in your lower belly and you may feel like you want to have a #2. that is the easiest way to describe it.
Some girls are very lucky, they have very little or no pain at all, and some, like me, go through hell every 4 weeks!!
You may notice a heavy feeling in your breasts and you may start craving certain foods.. chocolate is great and it really does help with mood swings, it has been proven!
Another way to tell is if you get a slight discharge or you notice spotting (spots of blood) in your underwear.
Try taking primrose oil tablets daily if you are due to start and continue taking them. they do actually help with the pain and the flow!
Good luck, and welcome to womanhood x x
Well it's different for everyone but it you start to feel a pain in your stomach and you get blotted, you can get cranky,
irritated, your hormones get all messed up I hope this helps
You usually get some disharge 2-3 months before it starts, I had a bit of belly ache the day before mine started.
You may feel a bit moody / cry easily and sometimes your breasts are sore. Make sure you've got pads ready for the big day. The first one is usually quite light
Hope this helped
My first period happened to just come while I was sleeping, But if youve had your period before, then it will probably be around the last time you started .. say if you started today; you would be starting again around this time next month. I know when im going to get my period because I start to get cramps (plus I know the day because I keep track) the cramps seem to get stronger for me when my peroid is really close. Just carry pads or tampons (what ever you prefer) in your purse just in case, I have a bag in my car that has pads, underwear, pants.. just in case
I know when I'm going to get my period because my back hurts and sometimes I get a headache. The first time I got my period I had real bad cramps. If you want to find out you should ask your mother and grandmother. That will get you a good approximation. It is different from person to person.
some times you don't feel so good and some times you don't feel anything it all depends on you when you first start you might not get it regular for a few months but as the time gos on it will start getting better
my friends predicted it the day before my first one. i swear they are so weird like that sumtimes it's scary! i cant garuntee that for you though. if it surprises you one of your friends will have something with her
