You can use anything tubular to make a roller: Toilet paper core, paper towel core, etc.
You can make your own hair curlers by rolling up pieces of aluminum foil that are about four inches wide and one inch thick. Wrap a two-inch-wide section of the hair around the center of the foil, twist the roller up the length of your hair to your scalp, and fold the sides of the foil over your hair to hold it in place. Wait about an hour, unwrap the rollers, and your hair will fall into perfect loose waves. Good luck!!
