Get a few nice pantsuits. You'll use them alot. Get collared shirts that you like and that fit well (oxfords and polos, depending on your job), and comfortable, modest shoes. Also, get some cute (but still relatively formal) shirts and jeans for dressed-down functions. Your employer will appreciate if everything is relatively modest, so that your appearance is professional, not provocative.

a khaki business suit w/ pants and a skirt for spring and summer..then buy a few different color tops..no low necks..nothing tight..nothing revelaing at all
