Sometimes, during the day, I pee a little in my pants and can't stop it, even though I don't want to pee. I'm 13. I know that it's not a period because my underwear wasn't red or anything. What is going on and how can I stop it?

im 20, when i was in high school and middle school i had the same problem, but your not peeing yourself, when you are a developing teen female some times you'll get a clear discharge in your panties, this is normal, most girls get it around your age, don't be scared, it will come and go for a few years, your body is changing and becoming a women, if you have any other questions about it let me know we can talk, ash

Well you could have a minor medical issue or it could just be that you have very weak muscle for bladder control. Are you sure its urine? Its not 100% unusual to leak a little on occasion. Try and pay attention if this happens during a certain time of the day and ow much you have to drink. Does it happen at night? If things contin ue then you may need to see a dr.

Sounds like bladder weakness, the muscles around your bladder arent doing their job right. It embarrasing but not life threatening, go see your doctor.

It's more a girl thing than a boy thing and you may need to tighten your pelvic floor muscles. When you're urinating, squeeze your inner muscles to stop you mid-flow. When you're familiar with the muscles that need to be exercised, squeeze them for a few minutes every day when you have a spare moment, and hopefully it will stop leakage.
