Gotta work them at least one SOLID hour everyother day at first.( the recovery time is neccessary for building muscle) Then everyday when you are maintaining where you want to be.( A nice side bar is to stay away form the computer and tv and be more active when you are not working out.)

im not sure about supplimeants but im sure my best friend does sit up..atleast 100 every night and he does weight lifing too and hes got a 6 pack..so id have to go with doing sit ups..maybe itll help..

First thing is you got to get rid of the fat around the midsection. A lot of guys have six packs but you can't see them because they're buried. That's the hardest part of getting the 6-pack look is getting trim enough to see it. Then just situps, situps, situps. Try varying the kind of situps too, crunches, leg raises, side situps, if you have a Roman chair you can use it.
