What would be a good meal to eat while pregnant? It's really hot out and I'm 8 months+ pregnant. Nothing sounds good when it's this hot outside (90+ Degrees!!). My appetite seems to be disappearing but I know I should eat something that’s good for babe and me!

Drink mint ice tea. I like Mint Medley or Spearmint.
Three healthiest foods: avocados, bananas, okra.
Make foods you can pick on: spinach dip & 5 grain crackers, stuffed celery,guacamole, frozen grapes (just put them in the freezer not even wrapped up 'til frozen) etc.. Your body will tell you if it needs food. Tea also makes good milk and prevents cavities. Don't worry! Your body is getting ready.

Try eating something cool and refreshing like watermelon...its good for you and it will help cool you down and keep you hydrated i ate alot of cherry flavored popsicles last summer when i was pregnant....when i told the doctors, they really had nothing negative to say....one said, good thing its summer time for that craving

Have a big salad with everything you like on it. It will be filling and good for you and the baby!gurl if ur hot n preg just eat some ice cream or a snow cone. We all deserve a lil treat once in a while ;) Watermelon

Pretty normal not to have much appetite in the last couple months, especially when it is hot, but you need to keep eating. Just eat small amounts of cool, water and nutrient dense foods.

Since you're pregnant, you need lots of protein, vitamins and minerals. Not too much carbs.
Try this short-cut method of cooking grilled chicken:
BOIL and GRILL Method: Use for Chicken or Ribs (beef or pork)
This recipe is versatile because you can use whatever spices you have on hand:
2-1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken quarters, legs or thighs (completely thawed)
2 Tbsp Ground black pepper
2 Tbsp Salt
1 Tsp Ground oregano (optional)
1 Tsp Paprika (optional)
2 Pcs Bay leaf (optional)
1 Bottle of your Favorite Barbecue Sauce
Place the chicken pieces in a casserole.
Put in all the spices.
Fill up the casserole with water until chicken is almost covered.
Bring to a boil and after 5 minutes of boiling, turn down heat to medium-high.
Let chicken simmer for about 30-40 minutes.
Then transfer chicken pieces to a roasting pan or oven grill (coating the grill beforehand with some cooking oil to prevent the chicken from sticking).
Arrange all chicken pieces on grill and brush on your favorite barbecue sauce.
Put in oven. Turn on GRILL to LOW.
GRILL the chicken using YOUR OVEN GRILL until barbecue sauce is BUBBLY and starts to CARAMELIZE.
Serve immediately.
Also ... if you need a cool and refreshing drink ... DRINK PURE ORANGE JUICE.
