I'm sorry but to me this is a drug that is dangerous and maybe read up on the herb St. Johns Wort . I have taken this before for winter time blues and it helped me. Each is different and you need to give this herb a few months to work since it does not give instant results like a drug. A potent vitamin will help too. I like Liquid Natures Plus which you can get at a health food store and take a B-100 tablet with a meal everyday. It is for stress.Good luck and keep your stick on the ice!
Didn't like it. Took it about 10 years ago and it made me feel nothing-not happy, not sad, just there. I felt like a zombie all of the time. When I was awake that is, because it seems like it just made me want to sleep. This was the 2nd anti-depressant I had taken (Paxil made me gain weight like crazy!) and the doctor told me when it came to anti-depressants, you just had to figure out which side effects you could deal with the easiest. I stopped taking the Prozac and switched to smoking a (ahem) herbal remedy to relax and de-stress and have been just peachy ever since!
i was on Prozac for 10 years,then one day i woke up and wasn't depressed anymore,i had no side effects.i can say that Prozac help me to get back on track,though as mentioned above..do not drink and take this drug.hope i have eased your mind some,also should say i tried others first and had many side effects.i would take it again if needed.ease your mind.
