Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

Pumpkin Ice Cream
Ingredients
2 cups prepared Dari-Free
1/ 2 cup Dari-Free Powder
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 /2 to 2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons margarine
1 1 /2 teaaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon xanthan or guar gum (optional)
Directions
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to boil while stirring constantly.
Boil until ingredients are dissolved, and remove from heat.
Allow to cool.
Transfer mixture to the canister of an ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer's instructions.

1 can pumpkin chilled - 1 pint half and half- 1 pint heavy cream - 1 cup sugar, .5 cup brown sugar - 1 tsp vanilla - 1 eggbeater .5 teaspoon cimimon - .5 tsp nut meg .dash of clove (basic pumpkin pie spices) ((to flavor)) - - combine all ingrediants in blender until smooth and chill again for 1 hour. HAve ice cream maker ready and well chilled - pour in clowly and start the motor ( yes I use an electric one) and pur in slowly -- the spices are up to you and how you like to flavor a pie. -- My wife and I make this every year

1 1/4 cups simple syrup (1 part water to 1 part sugar)
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Instructions
In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients. Pour the mixture into an electric ice-cream maker. Freeze for 20 minutes, or follow the instructions for your ice cream machine.

PUMPKIN ICE CREAM
2 eggs
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup canned pumpkin
In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk milk, sugar and eggs. Stirring constantly. Cook until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Whisk in cream, pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg. Chill thoroughly. Makes about 1 Qt/.9L.
