Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

When you make smoked salmon scrambled eggs, do you fry smoked salmon first then add to eggs as cooking, or do you just cook in egg as you are scrambling?

Smoked salmon doesn't need to be fried before you put it in your scramble, you can just throw it all in together.

(Raw salmon, on the other hand, you should give a bit of time in the frying pan beforehand.)

You have to cook the fish first,because the eggs just take a minute or so to cook!
you dont cook the salmon. cook the egg first,then serve with the salmon.unless its the dried kind,dont toss it in with the egges iuntile they are already on the plate


smoked salmon is already cooked.you eat eat straight out of the pack,or toss it into pasta or egg..etc etc dishes

Yeah... I agree... don't cook the smoked salmon at all. just serve with is usual.
Smoked Salmon is already cooked . Just add to your eggs and pour in the pan. You can sear the salmon pieces first if you want them slightly crispy, but you don't have to.
no need to fry smoked salmon, you will change its entire taste. It is already prepared to be eaten when it has been smoked.
You don't have to cook smoked salmon. Just cut up the salmon about ten minutes before your ready to make the eggs and leave out. This will ensure that the salmon won't be that cold when you add it to the eggs.
The whole point of smoking something like salmon is to give it a unique taste and texture, cooking it can ruin this if you're not careful. I dont cook it at all, just slice it into thin strips and sprinkle this over the top of the scrambled eggs with some finely chopped chives just before serving
