Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Questions Concerning Pasta?),it will help you,my kids.
You know how if you open some foods or cook certain foods, you are supposed to refridgerate them to preserve them? Well, If you cook pasta and leave it on the stove over night for almost 24 hours,is it still good and edible? Or because you left the pasta in water for so long outside of the fridge, its not good anymore and should be thrown out? Can you get sick or is it bad for you if you eat it?
Answers:
There is a very easy rule to remember about cooked food: 4 hours and 40 degrees. If the food has been above 40 degrees for more than 4 hours it contains dangerous bacteria and should be thrown away. It could make you sick if you eat it.
Other Answers:
It may not make you sick, but it's disgusting. Once the pasta is cooked, it must be drained.
Well it might be soggy and gross tasting but you can still eat it.
You shouldn't eat it. Mould growth commonly occurs in pasta that is left too long. It is similar to the mould that occurs in flour that gets damp. That is the reason it gets mouldy. You should also remember that ,ould spores are not visble to the naked eyes for up to 48 hours after they can cause health problems on food like pasta.
never tried it, but I wouldn't recommend it.
It wont make you sick. put a little olive oil on drained pasta. stir it around , then put in fridge in a sealed container.Dont wait 24 hours though.
i eat a lot of pasta but i eat what ever is cooked that day so there is none wasted, i never store it away as it can go racid and then you wonder why people can get food poisionimg because they store away food that cant keep fresh the day after.
just about anything you cook that is left out that long could be bad not to mention taste like the box...its cheap throw it out and start over or is there some pasta shortage where you are...
it'll probably be too soggy. You won't want to eat it. As long as there isn't anything else in like tomato sauce, it'll be edible, but not good textured anymore. More like a paste. But if there is meat or tomatoes in it, do not eat it. The meat might have spoiled and tomatoes can grow botulism which is very bad.
Refrigerate leftovers immediately. 2nd why would you want to take a chance and possibly make yourself sick?
anything cooked and left out should not be eaten
