I love my dehydrator to death but now it is time to try to expand from my typical jerky making. This time I am looking for a good recipe on how to make Banana Chips. If you have one, it would be really appreciated on your input. Thanks!!

There are alot of recipes online but these looked good...

GLAZED BANANA CINNAMON CHIPS

Slice bananas into lemon juice or ascorbic acid. Drain on paper towel. Arrange on tray. Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Dry to shiny crispness.

HONEY GLAZED BANANA CHIPS

Slice bananas and dip into a glaze of ? cup honey thinned with ? cup water. Drain and place on trays. Dry.

Other Answers:
you can make fried banana chips.
buy raw bananas. (you can get it @ asian stores)
then take a lot of oil in a frying pan and jus using a slicing grater slice it into the oil . IT will come out fried and nice tasting..

but... i dont really recommend it because its FRIED and thats not really healthy. BUT it tastes fabulous
