midol it works heating pads do too and playtex makes a heating pad just for cramps i ahvent tried but i wanna also u can try advil i know my mother in law uses it and she says it works wonders for her
yeah, heating pads work. so does tylenol or ibuprofen or something like that. or a nice hot bath or hot tea/ hot chocolate
