don't mess with those dots yes they wont stop bleeding because they are not pimples. you are riping tiny veins in these dots which are attached to blood vessels. cover with a cotton very strongly for 5 minutes to stop the bleeding. and never try to clip them off. If you have to many of these show it to the dermatologist. Or may be its and internal problem having to do with the liver? don't drink alcohol.

You really shouldn't pick them/cut them off. I have a friend who has similar dots, and apparently they are like ruptured veins or something along those lines. He has to get stitches to stop them from bleeding.
