The body has a natural cleansing process to keep it clean. We're not supposed to use douches or anything else, just daily bathing.
There are however, things that we can do Wrong to make it Unhealthy.such as leaving tampons in too long.
First stay away from scented body washes and douches it cause bacterial vaginosis and yeast infections and a number of other infections. Stay away from feminine powders because talc is linked to ovarian cancer and is not good for you . A mild soap and water that is about it.(Dove and jergins is great) If you feel not so clean after your cycle soak in a warm bath with half a cup of white distilled vinegar in it. If you have concerns make an appt with a good gyn and have them give you what is called an annual to make sure all is well. Good Luck sweetheart.
