Eat only one big meal everyday. Substitute fruit for the other two meals. Run for an hour everyday. It works pretty well for me.

There's no magic (yet). You must burn more calories than you consume. If you don't want to change your eating habits, then you need to increase your excercise.

Try walking about 2 miles each day. That should only take about 30 minutes and you'll feel better.

Cut out soda and desserts!! If you can't completely cut out either, switch to strictly just diet sodas and low-to-no fat ice creams. Ideally, rid of both.

Also, change from white grains to wheat grains, and also incorporate more fruits and vegetables. Less fast food also helps.

Moderate exercise 3-5 times a week will also help make a dramatic difference, and help you to pick the spots you want to work on most.

As for me, I cut out desserts and switched to diet soda, cut out most desserts, added fruits and veggies, and lost 35 pounds this past year. I think I lost about 15 in the first 2-3 weeks.

Loosing weight is an important part in loosing weight. I know you said to forget about it but tthere is something that everyone is not doing!

Remember when you would eat 3 servings a day? well dont! You should eat 5 small servings a day. Breakfast-After breakfast-lunch-afterlunch-and dinner.

1 Small serving= 1 or 2 apple size. Or a piece of cake.

If you want to drink soda, make sure its diet. Theres a reason why they call things *Diet Coke* or pepsi and so on.

If you want fast foods, eat subway *Commercial doesn't lie* a 6 inch would count as 2 of your 5 meals.

This is what I did:
First month, cut carbohydrate intake, consume more protein (chicken or fish or eggs), drink lots of water, totally cut on the sugar & exercise daily.
In between meals, if you can't stand it, have some peanuts/almonds.
Second month, repeat the above and this time you can add greens and fruits to your diet.
Third month, once you got use to the above, maintain and gradually have minimal carbohydrate intake.
You can also take multivitamins and Omega fish oil as supplements.
I was a 120kg before and within two months I've loss 10kg and still losing weight and I still enjoy eating!
