Ok, so I start school August 30th but I want to go back with slimmer thighs and hips and a flatter stomach. So far I've been doing 200 sit-ups 3 times a day for a flatter stomach will I have results fast? and....what workout could you suggest for slimmer hips and thighs and a smaller butt? Will jump roping, walking and running/jogging help?

If you are 15 or 16, your gaining a size a year isn't a big deal - it just means that you are growing, which is what you are supposed to be doing at this age.
A general exercise program, 4-5 hours a day, with 30 minutes or so of real exercise, will tone your body and build muscle. Muscle burns calories 24-7 so you can pig out on ice cream and pizza and not have it go to your belly the next day.
Walking or jogging is good, but so is weight training. This is a great chance to learn about it - it helps a lot in getting a nice slender body.

ok my moms has been tryin out new things to make some of the flab go away and nothing seemed to be working untill she used weight watchers it really works and everyday she walks around the neighborhood or track to build muscle it mayb fee like you starving at first but then that feeling goes away and ur stomach gets smaller
You will need to do cardio to help reduce the fat, I have been doing Pump and Combat classes which seem to be working. This way I get cardio from the bodycombat class and toning from the pump class.
ok rollerblade, it works you hips, thighs and butt. who wants a smaller butt anyways, girl keep the butt...and all the situps in the world isnt going to make your stomach flatter if you have flab on top.. rollerblading burns as many calories as jogging but way easier on the joints....good luck
That answer is that ALL of them will help you lose fat from your thighs and stomach. The reason being, you cannot target fat in one specific region of your body by doing workouts that target it. Fat will shed from your body proportionally as you habitually maintain a exercise, healthy eating, and supplementation lifestyle. If you could lose fat only from your stomach by doing sit-ups, just think how silly you would look if you had a six pack with fat legs and/or thighs. We should be thankful that our bodies shed weight proportionally, and not only in the muscle groups we exercise them.

Ab exercises dont get you a falt stomach!!!!!!!!!! You have to lose the fat around them by clean diet and exercise. Stop doing all the crunches which you are doing wrong by the way, or you wont be hitting 200!!!!! there is no target weight loss! Jogging and running are both good, but you have to weight train.
