Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days, anyone help us?
Kitty said: Yes.What is the best personal training certification?-I try seach this on internet but no results found.Maybe this is a stupid question.
Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(What is the best personal training certification?),it will help you,my kids.
It seems like there are hundreds of different ones when I search so I wasnt sure what the more respected/legit ones were. I am looking for strength and conditioning cert/personal training.
Answers:
There are many, but you want to get one that is recognized by most fitness industry professionals. Each certification has it's focus of interest such as sports specific training, aerobic training, lifestyle modification and so on. Another factor is that just because you have a respected certification does not mean that you may be good at training others. There are some great trainers without any certification, but I do recommend finding one who is certified, listens to you first, understands how to be specific with your needs and respects the professional standards of our industry. Anyone who is ACE, AFFA, ACSM, CSCS, CHEK, ISSA or the like should be a good start.
