Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

Should you work out in the morning after you get up? after eating a big meal? in the evening? When do you have the most energy and when will it be most efficient?

Answers:
That depends on a few things. If you always find something else that has to be done and then don't exercise then you should work out first thing in the morning. That way you don't have something "come up" and then cancel your trip to the health club. You will feel better starting the day that way and you'll most likely eat better the remainder of the day as well. If you don't have time to work out in the morning or just can't, then schedule whatever time is best for you. If you feel that lunch time is the best time for you then that's the best time of day. Basically what it comes down to is what time of day works best with your schedule and when you feel your best. Just don't workout at least 3 hours before going to bed otherwise you won't sleep good.

I would say morning is good because it help you start your day better. But evening is good to because it will help you slow down after a hard days work and it will also help burn fat before bed.
