I had a friend who had psoriasis.he tried everything!
Till one day he tried rose hip water.he purchased at the health food store.well it worke to clear it up by about 97%!

there is no way to cure psoarisis i have to live with it too but its calmed down a little the best thing i could say is to get sunlight but not for too long ..
PUVA, ultraviolet light.. kinda like a controlled tanning booth; this is for head-to-toe resistant cases. Takes several weeks but makes a huge difference.
You need to see a dermatologist for that.
Also, there's inpatient dermatology whole-body wraps. A pain to do, but also work well.

I have psoriasis on my elbows and occasionally it will pop up on my ankles. Although it is not that bad, it can be quite irritating and itchy. My dermatologist gave me an ointment called Fluticasone Propionate. You apply it twice a day and in about a week you will see a difference. It can be a little greasy but if you rub it in very well, you can avoid this.
I also found lying in the tanning bed helps as well. Usually clears it up fairly quickly.
The signs of Psoriasis may go away but can come back at any time. You never completely get rid of it. So it is always good to have an ointment on hand and your doctor will usually give you a few refills before you have to see him again. Mine gives me 3 at a time and I only use a tube a year.
