Well it doesn't always happen. Medically I don't know but my view being a guy is that you have to remember that the pee comes out of the head of the penis where our most sensitive glands are. Sometimes when we really have to go, the steam comes out pretty heavy and can cause a slight sensation that can send a chill up your spine. Yell that's about the best I can explain it.
